If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Contact customer service online or call (02) 9326 4444.


If an item is damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund any faulty product and pay the return freight on receipt and inspection of product. Please send a note outlining the problem/ fault with the product along with a copy of the receipt.


We endeavour to keep everything in stock so that we can fill your order promptly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund us due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.


Laugh and Learn site is as secure as we can possibly make it. It provides secure payment options using MasterCard, Visa, or Amex. If you would prefer to pay by another method, please send us an email or phone us. Your payment options include direct deposit, cheque, money order or credit card over the phone. Goods will be despatched upon clearance of funds.

We use Commweb, one of Australia’s leading payment processors. All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. Email addresses collected by Laugh and Learn are for internal use only. We will only use this personal information to keep you informed of our special events or promotions. We respect your privacy but if you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page and we will remove your name from our email list.


All prices on the Laugh and Learn website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%.



Flat Rate $10 all areas except WA & NT.

Additional freight charges may occur for large or heavy items & deliveries to remote locations within Australia.

If you live internationally or in a remote area of Australia, please email customer service in order to confirm your actual delivery charge & delivery time frame.

Please use a daytime delivery address. PO Boxes are fine as are work addresses. Please note, without a signature delivery we cannot be held responsible for replacement or reimbursement for lost parcel.
