We’ve collated a list of frequently asked questions to help our friendly customers out. We hope you’ll find an answer to your question below. If you can’t, feel free to contact us!

GENERAL

All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a key lock on your web browser. We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete as it is submitted directly to our bank. Rest assured that your credit card and account information is secure every time you shop with us.

Yes! We offer a complimentary wrapping service.

ORDERS

We happily exchange with proof of purchase and will refund faulty items only. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. Please refer to our ‘Customer Care’ page for further information.

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that your order has been delayed.

We work really hard to meet a wide range of delivery options. Unfortunately sometimes during this process, things can happen outside of our control which may cause delays in getting your order to you. Due to this, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders placed at Laugh and Learn. However, rest assured we’re always doing our best to get your order to you as expected.

If it’s been more than 2 business days since your order was expected to arrive please get in touch with us so we can investigate the delay for you.

DELIVERY

ASAP! We pack orders upon receipt of your purchase. An email will be sent to you when the items are dispatched along with a tracking link. How long it takes to reach you will depend on your location.

This application takes into account your location and will calculate your postage fee based on Australia’s standard delivery service, the size and weight of your items and your location.

Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to Check Out. Under “Delivery Options” select the “Click & Collect” option.

We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your order and you will be able to collect your item/s from our Randwick store. Easy as that!

Please note that most toys do not come with a warranty, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
